The competition was held on the weekend of September 26-28, 2008 at Boscos Nashville. This year's special judge and speaker was renowned homebrewer and author Jamil Zainasheff.

Pre-Judging Round 1: September 17th-26th. Times and locations to be
announced.
Final Round 1 Judging: September 27th, 9AM @ Boscos.
BOS Judging: September 27th approx 1PM @ Boscos.
Events Schedule
Friday September 26th:
- Dinner at Blackstone @ 6-7PM.
- Presentation by Jamil @ 7-8PM.
- Reception party at the Bunker 8PM to whenever.
Saturday September 27th:
- Awards Ceremony 2PM-5PM @ Boscos.
- Music City Pub Crawl 5PM-12AM.
Sunday September 28th:
- Brew-n-Brunch 8AM-4PM. Mash In at 9AM; Brunch at 10AM.
About the Brew Off
The annual Music City Brew Off is our club's competition. We are excited this year to announce The Children's Miracle Network will benefit from our competition. The ever popular "Hop God Challenge" is back! We have also added a new category "Bottle Label Design". Both of these categories will see 100% of the entry fees donated to CMN. This year promises to be bigger and better than ever for entrants and our generous sponsors!
